Contacting the Practice

Reception

Whether you telephone or visit the Practice, your first point of contact will be the Reception staff, who will assist you in getting the help that you need from the Practice.

Practice Manager

The Practice Managers are responsible for the management of all aspects of patient care within the surgery and works with the Primary Care Trust and Derriford Hospital to provide timely and effective care for those patients needing assistance.

Patient Registration

The Practice accepts new patients who are attending the University of Plymouth.

Patients are advised they can register with any of the Doctors, but there will be occasions when we won't be able to offer an appointment within 48/24 hours if they wish to see a particular Doctor.

Access to the Surgery

The Surgery lies on the edge of the Univeristy campus, at the junction of North Road East and Endsleigh Place. It is best accessed on foot, as there is no parking at the Practice. There is disabled access to the building. To find us click here to view a map of the area.
